Emily Ratajkowski Shows Support for Rangers Amid Playoff Run Following MSG Drama

Emily Ratajkowski recently supported the New York Rangers by sporting a Rangers sweatshirt in some new photos shared on Instagram.

Despite allegedly being denied comped seats to see the Rangers at Madison Square Garden late last year, the 32-year-old model seemed to hold no hard feelings.

In the photos, Ratajkowski looked stunning as she modelled a navy sweater featuring an older Rangers logo of Lady Liberty on the front, all while lounging in bed.

She added a touch of allure by pulling down one side of her red sweatpants to expose her underwear in one snap while another showed her flaunting her abs in the Ranger’s gear.

Her support for the Rangers comes just after the team completed a sweep of the Washington Capitals with a Game 4 win in the first round of the NHL playoffs.

This gesture follows a previous incident where Ratajkowski and fellow model Irina Shayk left a Knicks game early, drawing criticism from fans.

During the Knicks game in November, which saw New York making an impressive comeback from a 21-point deficit to win 100-98 against the Heat, Ratajkowski and Shayk were featured on the Jumbotron and later posed for photos in the back hallways of Madison Square Garden before leaving.

After the Knicks game incident, Ratajkowski reportedly put in for comped seats at MSG for Rangers games but was denied. A spokesperson from Madison Square Garden stated that Emily was not offered comped tickets for the Rangers but was welcome to buy great seats any time.

However, a source close to Ratajkowski mentioned that she was unaware of any issue, as she and Irina left the game early due to a childcare issue at home.

Despite the media attention surrounding the incident, a representative for Ratajkowski did not comment. Meanwhile, the Rangers are awaiting their next opponent in the second round of the NHL playoffs. They are set to face the winner of the Hurricanes-Islanders series, with Carolina leading 3-1 heading into Tuesday’s Game 5.
