This year, Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber wowed fans with their Halloween costumes, dressing up as the iconic BFF duo Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.
The duo showcased their looks on social media on Thursday, even creating a TikTok video referencing one of the memorable quotes from Hilton and Richie’s reality show, ‘The Simple Life’.
“Happy Halloween from Paris and Nicole 😂 @Kendall Jenner,” Bieber, 27, captioned their post. Jenner donned Hilton’s signature all-denim ensemble, featuring a lace-up corset, a pleated miniskirt, and a red floral necklace. Adding a playful touch, she carried Hailey and Justin Bieber’s dog, Oscar, who played the role of Hilton’s late pet, Tinker Bell.
Hailey, embodying Richie, wore unbuttoned Reformation River Relaxed Denim Overalls, mirroring Richie’s style and complementing her outfit with a floral pink bra. She accessorised with a Puka shell necklace adorned with a pink embellishment and sported a bright blonde wig while holding a pitchfork.
Hilton, a close friend of the Kardashian family, expressed her enthusiasm in the comments, praising the pair for their costume accuracy. “Icons recognise icons 💅🏼 Obsessed with this!” she commented. Other reactions included support from Kendall’s sister, Kylie Jenner, who responded with a simple “yes.”
This isn’t the first time celebrities have paid homage to Paris Hilton for Halloween. In 2018, Hilton’s sister, Nicky Hilton Rothschild, wore a silver slip dress reminiscent of one Paris donned for her 21st birthday party in 2002. Kendall has a history of channelling Hilton, sporting a similar look for her 21st birthday celebration 2016.
The Kardashian-Jenner family is renowned for its extravagant Halloween costumes; this year is no exception. Kylie Jenner flaunted multiple outfits, transforming into Jane Fonda in Barbarella and Demi Moore in Striptease. Kim Kardashian took her costume to the next level, using prosthetics to become an albino alligator. At the same time, her daughter North sported various looks, including Tyler the Creator, H.E.R., and Princess Tiana.
