Greca, also the founder of the ReRise app, emphasized the importance of starting small when embarking on a fitness journey. “I always say start small,” she advised listeners. “One step at a time—begin with just 20 minutes, five minutes, or even just one minute, and then build that habit day after day.”
Contrary to common belief, Greca highlighted that motivation alone isn’t sufficient for establishing lasting habits. “It’s about creating that consistent daily habit,” she explained, stressing the need to make healthy choices easily accessible.
She underscored the significance of routine in maintaining fitness goals, suggesting individuals work out simultaneously each day and streamline preparations by laying out workout gear the night before. “Make it easy for yourself,” she urged. “Don’t leave it up to chance for later in the day.”
Addressing scepticism about the effectiveness of short workouts, Greca assured listeners that even five minutes a day lays a crucial foundation for long-term fitness. “It’s about building up gradually,” she remarked. “Five minutes one week, ten minutes the next—this approach makes fitness more manageable and sustainable.”
For those opting to exercise at home without equipment, Greca recommended utilizing household items creatively, such as using a couch for squats or hip thrusts. “You can turn anything around your house into something to work out with,” she affirmed.
Senada spoke about working out with Kim Kardashian, describing her as highly dedicated to working out.
Beyond physical fitness, Greca advocates for mental well-being through meditation and journaling, which she integrates into her daily routine.
