Former ‘Hunted’ Star Harry Savage Found Dead in London; Investigation Underway

Harry Savage, who gained fame on Channel 4’s *Hunted* in 2019, was discovered dead at his London home on July 19.

The 30-year-old, originally from Essex, was pronounced deceased at the scene in Putney after police were alerted around 9:15 a.m., according to The Sun.

A man in his 30s was arrested at the scene and has been released on bail while investigations continue. Authorities are treating Savage’s death as an “unexpected death.” A post-mortem examination began on July 20, with results pending.

Following the announcement of his death, tributes began to flood in. On X, a friend of Savage’s wrote: “I will miss you forever, Harry Savage. You were and always will be everything. I’m unsure how to navigate life without you, but you’d tell me to get the f*** on with it 😂 I love you x.” Another user, @Craiglegg, shared: “I worked with Harry briefly at WeWork, and he was always such a great person to be around! Very sad to hear the news.

Savage, a drama student, appeared on *Hunted* with his older brother Frank. The reality show followed contestants as they went on the run, trying to evade capture by former police and intelligence officers.

Savage expressed that his motivation for participating in the show was to challenge himself and alter his perceptions, saying, “To challenge myself was the main thing, and also to try and change the stereotype about me that my friends and other people have.”

He also discussed his strategy for the show, noting, “CheekineCheekinesslse? I don’t know… We will use our Cheekiness Cheekiness up the hunters slightly.”
