Virginia Giuffre, the woman who accused Prince Andrew of sexual assault and was trafficked as a teenager by convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, has claimed she has been given only days to live following a severe car accident involving a school bus.
However, inconsistencies in reports surrounding the crash have raised questions.
Giuffre, a mother of three, shared a post from her hospital bed on Instagram, displaying extensive bruises. In an emotional message, she bid farewell to her loved ones, stating:
“This year has been the worst start to a new year… A school bus driver came at us driving 110 km/h while we were slowing for a turn. No matter what your car is made of, it might as well be a tin can.”
She went on to say that she had suffered kidney failure and had been given just four days to live. Expressing her final wish, she wrote:
“I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time… Thank you all for being wonderful people and for being a great part of my life. God bless you all.”
Conflicting Reports on the Crash
Giuffre, living near Perth, Western Australia, claims the crash was severe, yet local authorities have not confirmed a significant incident.

Western Australia Police stated they received only one report of a “minor rash” involving a school bus and a car in Neergabby, approximately 12 miles north of Perth, on March 24.
“The collision was reported by the bus driver the following day,” a police spokesperson said. “There were no reported injuries as a result of the crash.”
Authorities have not confirmed whether Giuffre was involved in the incident. St John Ambulance Western Australia and the Western Australia Public Transport Authority also stated they had no records of a serious bus crash on that date.

GiuffreGiuffre’s lawyer, Brad Edwards, called the situation “very b”d,” telli”g MailOnline that he was “hoping” for better news in the coming days. Her father, Sky Roberts, also expressed concern, stating:
“Virginia, my daughter, I love you and am praying you get the correct treatment to live a long and healthy life.”
Despite her claims of being hospitalized, a spokesperson for the East Metropolitan Health Service, which oversees Royal Perth Hospital, stated that Giuffre was not at any of their facilities.
Personal Struggles and Past Allegations
Just a week before posting about the alleged accident, Giuffre shared her distress over being separated from her children. She wrote:
“My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them… I miss them so very much. Hurt me, abuse me, but don’t take my babies.”
Giuffre has been at the center of high-profile legal battles, having accused Prince Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was 17 as part of Epstein’s network. In January, newly unsealed court documents revealed she claimed she was paid $15,000 (£12,000) to have sex with the Duke of York, a claim he has consistently denied.
Epstein, the disgraced financier, was found dead in his jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking. A watchdog report blamed negligence and misconduct by correctional officers for his death.
His longtime associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for sex trafficking and grooming underage girls.
As questions remain over Giuffre’s claims, her supporters await further updates on her health and the circumstances surrounding the alleged accident.
