Melania Trump has firmly denied long-standing speculation that she has undergone plastic surgery, insisting her youthful appearance is entirely natural and the result of a healthy lifestyle.
In a resurfaced 2016 interview with GQ, the former First Lady and ex-model addressed the persistent rumours about breast implants and facial procedures, saying, “I didn’t make any changes.”
The now 55-year-old wife of U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly found the speculation offensive and baseless. “A lot of people say I am using all the procedures for my face. I didn’t do anything,” she said in the candid exchange.

“I live a healthy life, I take care of my skin and my body,” she added. “I’m against Botox, I’m against injections; I think it’s damaging your face, damaging your nerves. It’s all me. I will age gracefully, as my mom does.”
The comments, which originally sparked widespread media interest nearly a decade ago, have resurfaced online amid renewed scrutiny of high-profile figures’ use of cosmetic procedures.

Plastic surgeon Dr Gary Motykie, known for working with celebrities, weighed in last year with an independent analysis, suggesting Melania may have spent up to $50,000 on what he termed “maintenance work.”
“I don’t see too much reason to be suspicious of a facelift… and I don’t think she’s had a brow lift either,” Dr Motykie told the Daily Mail. “But I have noticed a change in her nose.”
He elaborated, “Noses don’t typically get smaller as they get older; they get bigger, but hers is smaller and more defined, so I am very suspicious of at least one rhinoplasty.”

The surgeon also speculated that Melania likely uses fillers in the cheeks and lips, along with routine Botox, although he did not claim definitive proof.
Another expert, Dr Gary Linkov, went further, asserting that Melania may have had several procedures, including a facelift, cheek implants, Botox, rhinoplasty, and fillers.
Despite the professional opinions, Melania has consistently dismissed such claims, reiterating that her beauty is the result of consistent lifestyle choices and not cosmetic enhancements.
In her GQ profile, she revealed that her fitness routine includes Pilates and tennis—activities she prefers doing either at home or at the Trump family’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.
She also reportedly wears ankle weights during her daily routine as a form of light resistance training.
Her dietary habits are equally disciplined. According to the 2016 profile, she begins her mornings with a nutrient-packed smoothie containing spinach, carrots, blueberries, apples, and fat-free yogurt.
Melania is also said to eat at least seven pieces of fruit daily, with apples and peaches among her favourites.
Her healthy routine has helped her maintain a slim figure and glowing skin, attributes that have drawn public attention since her days as a fashion model in the 1990s.
Though the public debate over celebrity cosmetic procedures is unlikely to fade, Melania appears unfazed by the scrutiny and remains committed to her natural image.

The former First Lady has largely stayed out of the spotlight in recent months but continues to generate interest over her personal style and appearance.
As Donald Trump campaigns for a possible return to the White House in 2024, Melania’s public profile is expected to rise again.
Whether she steps back into a prominent political role or remains private, her insistence on aging naturally stands in contrast to many Hollywood and political figures alike.
