Katie Price revealed that she was “so happy” after confirming that both bankruptcies had been officially discharged.
The former model, 46, had faced financial struggles in recent years, with debts amounting to £761,994 owed to HMRC in February 2024. This marked her second bankruptcy following unpaid debts in 2019.

In March, Katie declared bankruptcy again over an unpaid tax bill. Controversy arose when she skipped a bankruptcy hearing and was later seen with her boyfriend at a £760-a-night hotel.
Following this, an arrest warrant was issued, and she was briefly remanded in custody after returning to Heathrow Airport from a trip to Turkey.

Following a hearing at the Insolvency and Companies Court, Katie’s 2019 bankruptcy was discharged earlier this year, and now her second bankruptcy has also been resolved.
Speaking to The Sun, Katie said:
“I’m so happy. I can finally move on and put these bankruptcies behind me and now only focus on the positive.”
Her solicitor, Chris Keane of Fieldfisher LLP, stated that Katie “didn’t fully understand the bankruptcy process” but has since cooperated fully with her legal team and Bankruptcy trustee.
Financial Challenges and Property Sale
Katie’s financial struggles had previously led to her being ordered to pay 40% of her OnlyFans income until February 2027 to cover her debts.
Despite her bankruptcy, she faced criticism after undergoing a £10,000 facelift in Turkey last year.
Defending herself at the time, Katie stated that she was working hard to meet her financial obligations.

At the end of 2024, Katie confirmed that she had sold her infamous Mucky Mansion in Sussex for a reported £1.15 million, believed to be less than her original purchase price of £1.35 million in 2014.

Katie described the nine-bedroom property as “cursed,” claiming it had worsened her anxiety and led to panic attacks.
“I’ve been wanting to get out of my old house for absolute years… Whoever buys it, I warn them, they will get bad luck there,” she told The Daily Mail.
Katie now resides in a four-bedroom Sussex home for a reported £5,000 monthly.
Miscarriage Heartbreak
The reality TV star also opened up about a heartbreaking miscarriage.
Katie, who has been vocal about her desire to have another child, revealed that she and her partner, JJ Slater, were expecting a baby at the end of 2024 but tragically lost the pregnancy.

Katie had previously expressed her plans to pursue surrogacy to expand her family.
