Elon Musk Says Trans Child Was ‘Killed by the Woke Mind Virus,’ Pledges to Eliminate It: ‘My Son Is Dead’

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has expressed his intention to fight against what he terms the “woke mind virus” following the gender-reassignment surgery of his estranged transgender child, Vivian Jenna Wilson.

Musk claims he was misled into consenting to puberty blockers for Vivian, who was born Xavier.

In an interview with psychologist Dr. Jordan Peterson on the Daily Wire, Musk elaborated on the situation. “I was essentially tricked into signing documents for one of my older boys, Xavier,” he explained.

“This was before I had any understanding of what was going on. COVID was happening, so there was a lot of confusion, and I was told Xavier might commit suicide if he doesn’t…”

Musk described the process as “incredibly evil,” stating that the puberty blockers were never adequately explained to him. “I was tricked into doing this,” he said. “I lost my son, essentially. They call it ‘deadnaming’ for a reason. The reason they call it ‘deadnaming’ is because your son is dead. My son, Xavier, is dead — killed by the woke mind virus.”

The 53-year-old billionaire, who has a net worth of nearly $200 billion, vowed to eradicate gender-reassignment procedures for minors. “I vowed to destroy the woke mind virus after that,” he said. “And we’re making some progress.”

Vivian, one of six children Musk shares with his ex-wife Justine Wilson, made headlines in 2022 when she petitioned a California court to change her name and gender.

In her filing, she also requested to take her mother’s last name to dissociate from Musk, stating she “no longer lives with or wishes to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.”

Musk’s remarks come just days after the announcement that he is relocating the headquarters of SpaceX and X (formerly Twitter) from California to Texas.

This decision follows the signing of a new law by California Governor Gavin Newsom, which bans school districts from requiring parental notification if a child starts using different pronouns.

“This is the final straw. Because of this law and the many others that preceded it, attacking both families and companies, SpaceX will now move its HQ from Hawthorne, California to Starbase, Texas,” Musk posted on X.

He added, “I did make it clear to Governor Newsom about a year ago that laws of this nature would force families and companies to leave California to protect their children.”
