WWE Legend The Undertaker Teams Up with Donald Trump to Urge Voters: ‘Choose Wisely’
WWE legend The Undertaker, whose real name is Mark Callaway, delivered a unique election promo on social media Friday alongside his former WWE colleague Kane, currently the mayor of Knox County, Tennessee. This came in response to pro wrestling star Dave Bautista’s recent criticism of former President Donald Trump.
In a TikTok video, Callaway addressed potential voters ahead of Election Day, saying, “All right, everyone. Nov. 5 – ElectionMania. The choice is yours. You can go with President Trump, Kane and The Undertaker, or you can take Kamala Harris, Dave Bautista and Tim Walz. Choose wisely – the nation depends on it.” Sitting between Callaway and Jacobs, Trump added, “And that should be an easy choice.”
The appearance of Trump alongside the wrestling icons was significant, as he is a WWE Hall of Famer himself and has participated in several early WrestleMania events.
Trump was involved in a notable Hair vs. Hair match with Vince McMahon, Bobby Lashley, and the late wrestler Umaga.
The video came shortly after Bautista, known as Drax in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, released a video targeting Trump while expressing his support for Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. In his comments, Bautista said, “Fellas, we gotta talk. Many men seem to think that Donald Trump is some kind of tough guy. He’s not. Look at him; he wears more makeup than Dolly Parton.
He whines like a baby. The guy is afraid of birds. Donald Trump had his daddy pay a doctor to say his little feet hurt so he could dodge the draft. Look at that gut. It’s like a garbage bag full of buttermilk.” Bautista’s rant was accompanied by various related images and clips of Trump from his presidency and campaign.
In response, Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung dismissed Bautista’s comments, calling him a “stone-cold loser” in a statement to Fox News Digital.
Cheung mocked Bautista’s wrestling career, saying, “President Trump is a WWE Hall of Famer. Dave Bautista is not because he is an unprofessional, stone-cold loser who took his ball home when he refused to put over younger talent. He then returned to the company that made him, and he quickly discovered that he couldn’t wrestle and had no mic skills whatsoever.”
