Virginia Giuffre, the woman who brought sexual assault allegations against Prince Andrew, is set to have her memoir released posthumously in the coming weeks.
The 400-page book, titled Nobody’s Girl, promises to offer “intimate and troubling” accounts of her time with Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and several other prominent figures — including the Duke of York.
Many of the revelations in the memoir will be made public for the first time since Giuffre and Prince Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement in 2022.
The autobiography, scheduled for release on October 21, is expected to reignite public attention on individuals previously associated with Epstein, from Donald Trump to the British royal.

Giuffre, widely recognized as one of Epstein and Maxwell’s most outspoken accusers, collaborated with award-winning journalist Amy Wallace on Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice before she died by suicide in April.
Publisher Alfred A. Knopf confirmed that Giuffre completed the manuscript just 25 days prior to her death. According to Knopf, it was her “heartfelt wish” that the book be released regardless of her passing.
Included in the publisher’s statement was an excerpt from an email Giuffre sent to Wallace, emphasizing her goal of exposing systemic failures that enable human trafficking. She wrote: “It is vital that the truth is understood and that the issues surrounding this matter are confronted, both for justice and awareness.”
Giuffre also expressed a clear desire for the memoir to be published even if she were no longer alive. “I believe it has the power to reach many people and spark necessary discussions about these serious injustices,” she added.
According to Knopf, the memoir provides a candid and authoritative account of Giuffre’s experiences with Epstein and Maxwell, who allegedly trafficked her and other victims to powerful men.
The book details the abuse she endured, including sexual exploitation during her childhood, and her escape at the age of 19.
Nobody’s Girl also traces Giuffre’s efforts to rebuild her life, her fight for accountability, and her advocacy for other survivors. “The memoir preserves her voice and her legacy,” the publisher said.
Prince Andrew Allegations
In legal filings, Giuffre stated she was groomed and trafficked by Epstein starting at age 16 and was coerced into sexual encounters with high-profile individuals, including Prince Andrew.
She alleges the Duke of York assaulted her on three occasions while she was under 18, with the first incident occurring in London in 2001.
Prince Andrew has repeatedly denied the allegations. In 2022, the two parties reached a financial settlement just days before the case was due to go to trial.
The agreement did not include any admission of guilt, and the Duke has never faced criminal charges related to the claims.
