Vandals Attack Katie Price’s Car with Acid at ‘Mucky Mansion’
Katie Price, the former glamour model and TV star, has confirmed she will leave her “Mucky Mansion” for good.
The property in Horsham, West Sussex, has been a source of continuous trouble since she purchased it in October 2014 for £1.35 million.
Recently, Katie’s car was attacked by vandals who doused it with acid while it was parked at her property. Sharing the incident on Instagram, she posted a video showing her pink Range Rover covered in acid. Katie expressed her frustration and labelled the vandals as “scumbags.”
This isn’t the first time her mansion has been targeted. In the past, her fences have been defaced with graffiti. Katie has been vocal about her disdain for the property, citing numerous issues that have plagued her.
During a live show of The Katie Price Podcast in London, Katie expressed relief at finally leaving the mansion. She described her nine years there as “hell” due to various problems like fly-tipping and claims that the house is haunted.
According to The Mirror, Katie received a letter on April 24, 2024, stating that an eviction would occur on May 29, 2024. The letter mentioned a court-issued warrant for the possession of her property.
In response, Katie’s team released a statement denying the eviction claims. They accused a resident of illegally sharing her paperwork with the media and stated that the police had been notified for investigation.
Katie also addressed rumours that she might be moving into a caravan. On her podcast, she dismissed these claims, emphasizing that her house is not being repossessed and that she is not being forced to live in a caravan.
Despite her financial struggles, Katie remains resolute about her situation. In February this year, she was declared bankrupt for the second time, owing a significant sum to HMRC. Her failure to attend a court hearing to discuss her finances was attributed to health issues.
Katie insists that she is taking her bankruptcy seriously, despite criticism for holidaying with her boyfriend, JJ Slater, during the hearing. She defended her actions by stating that she needed a break for her well-being.
Katie Price has faced numerous ups and downs throughout her career, and her financial woes have been a significant part of her public life. She has been declared bankrupt twice, adding to the challenges she has had to navigate.
Since Katie moved in, the “Mucky Mansion” has been a constant source of media attention. The property has been at the centre of her turbulent life, from vandalism to financial difficulties.
Katie’s plans to leave the mansion mark a new chapter for her. She has expressed hope that her move will end the unfortunate events she has experienced at the property.
As she prepares to vacate, Katie remains active on social media, sharing updates with her followers. Her candidness about her struggles has garnered both support and criticism from the public.
Moving forward, Katie aims to put past difficulties behind her and focus on new beginnings. Her departure from the mansion is a significant step in that direction.
Katie’s story unfolds, with her resilience and determination remaining evident. Despite the challenges, she remains a prominent figure in the public eye, navigating her way through personal and financial obstacles.
The future holds new possibilities for Katie Price as she leaves the “Mucky Mansion” behind and embarks on a fresh start. Her journey serves as a reminder of the complexities and resilience required in the face of adversity.
