A newly launched government task force is set to uncover some of the U.S. government’s most closely guarded secrets, including new findings on the assassination of John F. Kennedy, the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and Jeffrey Epstein’s case.
Republican Anna Paulina Luna, who is leading the initiative, has announced plans to declassify government documents related to major historical events, hoping her investigation into JFK’s assassination will be more comprehensive than previous efforts.

Investigation into JFK Assassination
Luna has openly stated her belief that there were two shooters involved in JFK’s killing in 1963, challenging the official account that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone.
“I believe that there were two shooters, and we should be finding more information as we are able to,” Luna said. “Previous investigations didn’t have access to the information that we are going to have access to, and that’s a big deal.”

The task force is set to hold its first hearing in March, with witnesses including individuals who were in the operating room where JFK was treated after the shooting.
Government Collaboration and Epstein Files
Luna confirmed she is working directly with the White House and has already sent letters to the Attorney General and the Department of Justice seeking further declassification of Jeffrey Epstein’s files.
“There are people who have been publicly vocal, for example, in the JFK case, who were present in the operating room where he was brought right after the shooting,” she added. “We hope to bring those people in to testify in open public hearings.”
Trump’s Executive Orders on Declassification
President Donald Trump has issued multiple executive orders requiring the full release of classified government files.
- JFK Assassination Files: Trump has ordered full declassification within 15 days, directing the director of national intelligence to oversee the process.
- Martin Luther King Jr. Assassination Files: Another order mandates a plan for release within 45 days.
- Additional Government Records: Trump has signed an executive order declassifying about 3,600 government documents, still redacted despite being due for release in 2017.
UFOs and National Security Investigations
The task force has also reached out to the National Security Agency (NSA), the CIA, the Pentagon, and the State and Energy Departments to demand transparency on UFOs and unidentified submerged objects (USOs).
With over 5 million government records stored at the National Archives, Trump has reiterated his commitment to full transparency, stating: “All will be revealed.”
The task force’s findings could potentially reshape historical narratives and provide public access to long-classified information.
