Former President Donald Trump criticized Vice President Kamala Harris’s speech at the Democratic National Convention in a series of posts on Truth Social.
Trump took issue with Harris’s omissions, highlighting topics she did not address, such as China, fracking, energy, and the Russia-Ukraine conflict. He claimed that these issues, which he argues are crucial, were neglected in her speech.
Trump also criticized Harris for failing to address poverty, asserting that 60 million Americans live in poverty under the current administration.
He further mocked Harris for her remarks about San Francisco, suggesting her actions had damaged the city. Trump accused Harris of offering only “talk, no action” and questioned why she hadn’t acted on these issues earlier in her tenure.
In response to Harris’s speech, which described Trump as an “unserious man” and warned of the dangers of his return to the presidency, Trump labelled her as a “radical Marxist” who represents “incompetence and weakness” on the global stage.
As the election approaches, with just over three months remaining, Trump and Harris are preparing for their first debate on September 10 in Philadelphia, hosted by ABC News.
