M10News – Prince Harry can remain in the United States without fear of deportation, as President Donald Trump has stated he has no intention of expelling the exiled British royal.
The Duke of Sussex’s immigration status is currently under legal scrutiny, with the Heritage Foundation alleging that he may have concealed past drug use—a factor that could have disqualified him from obtaining a U.S. visa.

However, Trump told The New York Post on Friday that deporting Harry is not on his agenda.
“I don’t want to do that,” Trump said. “I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.”
Trump Praises Prince William
While dismissing any action against Harry, Trump expressed admiration for Prince William, with whom he had a private meeting in Paris last December during the Notre-Dame Cathedral reopening ceremony.

“I think William is a great young man,” Trump said.
Harry and Meghan Markle, his wife, have previously voiced criticism of Trump, with Meghan once calling him “divisive” and “misogynistic.”

Trump, in return, has described Harry as “whipped” by Markle, saying, “I think poor Harry is being led around by the nose.”
U.S. Visa Lawsuit & Heritage Foundation’s Claims
The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, is suing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to obtain Prince Harry’s visa records, arguing that he may have received preferential treatment from the Biden administration.

The lawsuit cites Harry’s memoir, “Spare”, in which he admitted to using cocaine, cannabis, and psychedelics—substances that could have impacted his visa eligibility.
“Anyone who applies to the United States has to be truthful on their application, and it is not clear that is the case with Prince Harry,” Heritage’s Nile Gardiner told The Daily Telegraph.
Harry and Meghan moved to California in 2020 following their controversial exit from the British royal family, known as “Megxit.” The lawsuit remains ongoing, with DHS yet to release details of Harry’s visa status.
