Saudi Footballer Fahad Al-Muwallad in Intensive Care After Balcony Fall in Dubai
Saudi footballer Fahad Al-Muwallad is currently in intensive care after falling from his second-floor balcony while on holiday in Dubai, according to Dubai Police. The authorities are closely monitoring his condition as he receives treatment at a local hospital.
The Dubai Media Office confirmed the incident and stated that investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances of the fall. In a statement released on Saturday, the Dubai Media Office said, “Dubai Police General Command announced that Saudi football player Fahad Al-Muwallad was involved in an accident while on a short vacation in Dubai, falling from the balcony of his second-floor home.
Initial investigations revealed the accident occurred while he was on the balcony.”
Al-Muwallad remains in intensive care, with medical teams providing the necessary treatment. Authorities have indicated that further updates on the investigation will be shared once concluded.
The 30-year-old winger, who joined Saudi club Al-Shabab on August 28, 2022, has a contract that extends until June 30, 2025, according to Transfermarkt.
