RHOSLC’ Star Meredith Marks Has Third Breast Reduction, Blames “Weird” Condition for Persistent Growth

Star of “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” Meredith Marks has undergone her third breast reduction due to a persistent and “weird” medical condition that causes her chest to grow uncontrollably.

Marks, 52, revealed on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast that she is hopeful this latest procedure will be her last.

“My breast tissue doesn’t stop growing!” Marks said, expressing frustration over the issue that she suspects is both “hormonal and genetic.”

She noted that her mother experienced similar problems starting in her 40s. Despite doctors not diagnosing her with a specific condition, Marks has struggled with significant increases in breast size, which has made her uncomfortable in her own skin.

“I was always supposed to be a small C,” Marks explained. “When you have to go up two sizes to accommodate your chest, nothing sits right. It’s just not good … It’s weird.” She shared that the breast reduction has significantly improved her self-esteem and wardrobe, with clothes fitting better.

Marks is optimistic that this will be her final reduction but remains open to further surgery if necessary. “If I have to, I will,” she said, acknowledging the possibility of continued growth.

In a light-hearted moment, Marks mentioned that her “RHOSLC” co-star and friend Heather Gay expressed jealousy over her breast issues. Marks teased that fans will see their amusing exchange on the upcoming Season 5 of the Bravo reality show.
