Fox followed the announcement with a daring maternity photoshoot captured by Los Angeles photographer Tylor Klipfel. The actress, already a mother of three with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, donned a sultry ensemble by Seks, known for its edgy designs favoured by stars like Julia Fox.

Her outfit featured a black lace top layered over a bra that partially covered her baby bump, paired with a matching veil and ruffled lace skirt. Underneath, she wore a coordinating black bra and thong, completing the look with her signature brown wavy hair, a sharp cat-eye makeup look, and striking red almond-shaped nails styled by celebrity manicurist Brittney Boyce.

Although she did not walk the red carpet at the ‘GQ Men of the Year 2024 event, Fox attended the after-party, while MGK appeared solo in a black ensemble accented with a red bandana.

This joyous news comes after a painful chapter for Fox, who previously suffered a miscarriage during her relationship with MGK. In her poetry book, ‘Pretty Boys Are Poisonous’, the actress detailed the emotional toll of her loss, writing, “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh,” and later expressing the heartbreak of saying goodbye to the baby.
