Playboy Model Stephanie Heaney Says Trustworthy Footballers Are ‘Rare’ While Supporting Kyle Walker’s Wife in Divorce

Playboy model and former WAG Stephanie Heaney believes it is “rare” to find a trustworthy footballer. She commented on the challenges faced by footballers’ partners while discussing Kyle Walker’s wife, Annie Kilner, and her decision to file for divorce.

Heaney stated that Annie is justified in pursuing half of Walker’s £27 million fortune, especially after he fathered a second child with his mistress, Lauryn Goodman.

Heaney told the Daily Star, “There are loyal and decent footballers out there who wouldn’t dream of disrespecting their wives or girlfriends, but it is rare. Being a footballer’s wife or girlfriend is incredibly hard. You must be very thick-skinned and have a trusting relationship; otherwise, it is doomed.”

At 38, Heaney made headlines in 2022 for becoming Scotland’s oldest Playboy model. Recently, she has opened up about the “unbearable pain” she experiences due to ongoing health battles. Before her modelling career, she was in a two-year relationship with former Rangers player Nacho Novo, whom she helped recover from a heart attack suffered during a Legends match in 2018.

The couple met in 2017, but their relationship ended in turmoil. Heaney revealed the stress of dealing with women who contacted her to claim that Novo was messaging them. She stated, “I went through hell. Your personal life becomes everyone’s business, and it does cause a lot of stress and anxiety. You can’t win against millions of fans.”

Heaney noted that the lack of support from fans and even her family exacerbated her struggles, saying, “Footballers seem to think they can do what they want when they want, and they always get away with it because the fans worship them.”
