Since Oct 19 the SpaceX and Tesla CEO has given away $16 million to lucky voters who have signed his petition backing freedom of speech and the right to bear arms
A Philadelphia judge has ruled against District Attorney Larry Krasner’s efforts to prevent billionaire Elon Musk from distributing daily $1 million payouts to registered voters in key swing states.

Since launching the initiative on October 19, Musk, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, has given away $16 million to individuals who signed a petition supporting freedom of speech and the right to bear arms.

To qualify for the raffle, participants must be registered voters in one of seven critical swing states—Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—that will play a pivotal role in the upcoming election.

Krasner argued that Musk’s giveaways constituted an illegal lottery; however, Judge Angelo Foglietta denied the DA’s request to halt the prizes, allowing the initiative to continue. Musk, a known supporter of former President Donald Trump, is expected to announce the final prize winner on Election Day.

This story is developing, and further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
