Paris Hilton Reveals Ageless Beauty Secret: “I’m All Natural” with No Botox

“I feel proud that I’m all natural,” Hilton said, crediting her radiant skin to a strict skincare regimen and her lifelong habit of avoiding the sun.

Hilton revealed that her dedication to skincare started at a young age, thanks to her mother, Kathy Hilton. “My mom told me when I was 8, ‘Paris, stay out of the sun,’” she recalled. Kathy also introduced her to a meticulous 10-step skincare routine, which Paris has followed ever since.

To further enhance her skincare routine, Hilton has created an in-home spa she calls the Sliving Spa. This personal retreat features advanced beauty technology, including LED light therapy, Hydrafacials, cryotherapy, and a hyperbaric chamber—an oxygen therapy tool for promoting healing and improving skin health. She previously described the spa as her personal “fountain of youth.”

Hilton has long maintained that her youthful glow is entirely natural. In 2015, she told New You magazine that her dermatologist refused to perform Botox, praising her flawless skin. Hilton emphasised that while she doesn’t oppose cosmetic procedures, they aren’t part of her approach to beauty.

The media personality also shared her anti-ageing secrets in 2018, telling Page Six that staying hydrated and avoiding sun exposure have been critical factors in preserving her skin’s health. Around the same time, she launched a skincare line called ProD.N.A., which she claimed was based on ingredients that helped her maintain her glowing complexion. However, the brand appears defunct, as its social media pages have been inactive since 2020.

Despite this, Hilton’s passion for the beauty industry remains strong. Last week, she announced a new venture, 11:11 Beauty, a joint project between her lifestyle company, 11:11 Media, and beauty industry leader Guthy-Renker. Hilton described the collaboration as an opportunity to blend “cutting-edge technology with transformative results.”
