Nigerian Man Accused of Biting Off Brother’s Finger at Wedding in Limerick, Ireland

Nigerian man Uche Georgewill-Manjor, accused of biting off part of his brother Chukwuma’s finger during a wedding celebration, is now facing legal action at Limerick Circuit Criminal Court in Ireland.

Chukwuma, who works as a medical devices salesman, claims that the altercation began when Uche head-butted him.

The events transpired outside Chukwuma’s residence in Castletroy on June 30, 2019, just days following Chukwuma’s wedding to Jessica O’Connell.

Despite being brothers-in-law, the relationship between Chukwuma and Uche had deteriorated, leading to tensions surrounding the wedding festivities.

The strained relationship between the brothers resulted in Uche and his then-wife not being invited to Chukwuma’s wedding or subsequent celebratory events. This exclusion added fuel to the already simmering familial discord.
