Lala Kent is expanding both her family and her real estate holdings.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star recently purchased a new $3.1 million mansion in the San Fernando Valley, as revealed by real estate records obtained by TMZ.
This acquisition comes just weeks before Kent announced her second pregnancy.
The sprawling 4,103-square-foot mansion boasts five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, situated on a spacious lot within a gated community. Additionally, the property features a two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house in the backyard.
The main home’s impressive double-height ceilings create a sense of grandeur, while a gourmet kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances adds a touch of luxury. The indoor-outdoor floor plan seamlessly integrates the outdoor oasis, which includes a pool, sports court, outdoor kitchenette, and a stylish firepit.
Despite her sobriety, Kent’s new abode includes a wine room for entertaining guests. The reality star, who previously resided in an apartment with her three-year-old daughter Ocean, shared the exciting news on her podcast, “Give Them Lala.”
Kent expressed excitement and adjustment to homeownership, noting the odd yet gratifying feeling of owning a home in Los Angeles. Despite missing the security of apartment living, she embraced the newfound sense of space and stability.

In addition to her San Fernando Valley mansion, Kent also owns a luxurious vacation home in Palm Springs, which she considers her sanctuary. Despite her recent acquisition, she remains connected to the desert and values its tranquillity.
Kent’s move to the Valley aligns her with most of her “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars, although Ariana Madix recently relocated to the Hollywood Hills. As Kent embraces this new chapter in her life, she prioritizes her growing family and expanding her real estate portfolio.
