Lady Gaga has denied recent pregnancy rumors but avoided addressing engagement rumors.

Earlier this week, speculation about Lady Gaga’s possible pregnancy and engagement arose from photos of her and partner Michael Polansky at her sister’s wedding. Gaga, 38, and Polansky, 46, looked happy and in love as they celebrated the special occasion.

In the images, the “Bad Romance” singer appeared to have a baby bump and was wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger.

The superstar addressed her fans directly through a TikTok video, where she quashed the speculation about her possible pregnancy with a candid message.

“Not pregnant – just down bad cryin’ at the gym,” she said, humorously quoting a line from Taylor Swift’s song “Down Bad.”

In the video, Gaga hilariously referenced the Taylor Swift song, emphasizing her lighthearted approach to the rumors. Additionally, she urged her followers to “Register to vote or check if you’re registered EASILY at www.headcount.org,” highlighting the importance of civic engagement. Gaga has previously expressed her support for Joe Biden.

Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, attended the wedding with her partner of four years, making it clear that the couple is still going strong. The hitmaker first sparked engagement rumors in April after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring, prompting speculation.

The pair were first linked just before New Year’s Eve 2020 and confirmed their partnership on social media shortly after. Since then, the couple has flown under the radar for the most part, though they’ve been described as “acting like a married couple” as far back as 2021
