King Charles has been seen in public for the first time since Prince Harry revealed they no longer speak.
The monarch was spotted smiling and waving from his car after a Sunday church service on his Sandringham estate.
It comes just days after Harry’s explosive interview with the BBC, where he spoke about ongoing tensions with his family after losing a legal fight over UK security.
In the interview, Harry said his father no longer talks to him. He also said he doesn’t know “how much longer my father has” as he undergoes cancer treatment.
Harry also expressed frustration with the court ruling on his security appeal, saying he felt he was the victim of a “stitch-up.”
The Duke of Sussex claimed he could not safely visit the UK unless invited. He said the review of his security was done by a former government, and there’s a new one in place now.

Harry’s comments were slammed by his former royal bodyguard Ken Wharfe, who called them “really offensive.”
Wharfe, who once protected Harry, William and Diana, said Harry is wrong to expect the full royal-level protection he once had.
He argued that the high-level security Harry wants is paid by the British taxpayer and is not realistic now.
Wharfe added, “Harry has played the wrong card here.”
Harry went on to say: “I’ve been told by people who know the facts that this feels like a classic establishment stitch-up, and I feel the same.”
He added that he feels “very let down”, and what hurts most is a decision from 2020 that still affects his daily life.
“What I’m struggling to forgive,” he said, “is knowing this decision puts me and my family in harm’s way.”
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle shared a new black-and-white photo of Harry at home with their two children.
She gave fans a rare look into their quiet life in Montecito, California, as part of her new media push.
In the clip, their three-year-old daughter is heard saying, “I think it’s beautiful,” in her American accent, after Meghan asks for her thoughts.
Before this post, Meghan had shared a photo of her and Lilibet looking at pink roses, writing: “Sunday kind of love… with my little loves.”
Meghan has had a busy year. She relaunched her lifestyle brand, As Ever, in February, and now stars in a new Netflix series called With Love, Meghan.
The show is part of the couple’s $100 million (£78 million) Netflix deal.
