King Charles 'growing in pressure' to take decision about Prince Andrew
King Charles is reportedly growing increasingly frustrated with his brother, Prince Andrew, 64, over his refusal to vacate the £30 million Royal Lodge, despite being asked to leave nearly five years ago.

Prince Andrew’s state security was removed after a Home Office review, leaving him guarded by a private security team costing £3 million annually, which is funded by King Charles. Additionally, Andrew receives a generous allowance from the King.

Andrew has reportedly been given an autumn deadline to vacate Royal Lodge, following an ultimatum from King Charles. However, the Prince has been reluctant to leave, citing a 75-year lease he signed with the Crown Estate in 2003, which included a £1 million down payment and an annual rent of £260,000.

Recent reports suggest that the King is reconsidering the financial support he provides to his brother, with sources claiming Charles has informed Andrew’s security team that their services will not be needed once their contract expires this autumn.

The standoff between the two brothers has been described as “the siege of Royal Lodge,” with sources noting that Andrew has been slow to recognize the reality of the situation. King Charles is reportedly
