Reality star and billionaire mogul Kim Kardashian has turned heads once again, this time for her interaction with a Tesla Optimus Robot, a cutting-edge humanoid machine valued at an estimated $20,000 to $30,000.
Taking to social media on Monday, Kardashian shared a playful exchange with the robot, which some fans jokingly referred to as her “low-maintenance boyfriend.”
In a video posted on X and her Instagram Story, the Skims founder can be seen waving to the robot and forming half a heart with her hand, asking, “Hi! Can you do this? I love you?” To her amazement, the robot waved back and completed the heart gesture, prompting Kardashian to exclaim, “You know how to do that?”
The lighthearted interaction continued as the 44-year-old star asked the robot, “What should we do?” The machine responded by mimicking a running motion, which Kardashian interpreted with a laugh. “Go running,” she said, adding, “Let’s go for a run.”
In another spontaneous moment, the robot began hula dancing. Kardashian, amused, joked, “Oh! You are Hawaiian,” before teaching it to “blow a kiss.” Following her demonstration, the robot successfully mimicked the gesture, earning a delighted response from Kardashian: “You’re so cute!”
As their interaction progressed, Kardashian asked the robot about its height, observing as it raised a hand to its head to demonstrate.
The robot then resumed simulating a running motion, prompting Kardashian to quip, “Op! Sure. You stay fit by running. That running move gets me every time.”
The playful session took another entertaining turn as the two engaged in a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Kardashian declared victory after the robot showed “paper” to her “scissors,” laughing, “Oh, you’re a little slow. I beat you.”
The humorous exchange sparked a flurry of reactions online, with fans poking fun at Kardashian’s playful bond with the android.
“Hey Kim, congrats on finding the ultimate low-maintenance boyfriend! He doesn’t eat, sleep, or leave the toilet seat up.
