Kim Kardashian opens up about her conversations with divorce attorney Laura Wasser following her split from Kris Humphries.

Kim Kardashian has experienced three divorces, and for two of them, she had the support of renowned attorney Laura Wasser.

In a recent episode of “The Kardashians,” Kim opened up about their close bond and revealed that she had told Wasser after her split from Kris Humphries never to let her go through it again.

During the May 30 episode, Kim had dinner with American Horror Story producer Ryan Murphy and her mother Kris Jenner.

Murphy pitched an idea for a show where Kim would portray the world’s best and most expensive divorce lawyer who manages an all-female firm.

As they discussed potential concepts for the show, Kim reminisced about her time spent with Wasser.

She shared, “There have been so many fun moments with Laura where I’ve said, ‘Don’t ever let me do this again!'”

Kim, who may soon receive a Hollywood star on the Walk of Fame, has been married three times.

Her first marriage was to music producer Damon Thomas, followed by Kris Humphries, and most recently, Kanye West. Wasser has been by Kim’s side since her tumultuous 72-day marriage to Humphries in 2011 and again in 2021 during her divorce from Kanye.

Although Wasser was willing to take on Kim’s case, she remembered what Kim had told her previously. Kim explained, “For the next divorce, she would say, ‘Hey, you reminded me last time, don’t ever let me do this again.'”

Having guided Kim through two divorces, Wasser has helped her avoid entering into unhealthy relationships because she knows better. Kim described Wasser as funny and expressed her appreciation for her support.

Wasser’s involvement in Kim’s life will likely serve as inspiration for Kim’s new show. In December 2023, Deadline announced that a legal drama series based on Kim’s experiences would be coming to Hulu.

The outlet revealed that preliminary casting had already begun, with the plan to have three other actresses portray Kim’s glamorous and successful law partners alongside an A-list actor playing her onscreen love interest.
