Kim Kardashian’s extravagant winter wonderland holiday decor at her $60 million Los Angeles mansion has received backlash from fans. The set included faux snow covering her yard and a maze of snowy evergreen trees.
Fans flooded her Instagram comments section, criticizing her for showing off her wealth when others are in need.
The reality star was accused of being out of touch with reality and wasting money that could have been used to help people. Some fans suggested she could have donated a few million dollars to 100 low-income families instead of spending so much on decorations.

Throughout December, Kardashian has been giving fans a peek at her over-the-top holiday decorations on social media. She and her eldest daughter, North West, showed off their Chanel-themed Christmas tree decorations in their home on their shared TikTok on December 7.
However, she has been previously trolled for the “ugly” row of frosted trees she had in her hallway.
The Skims founder filled her minimalistic bathtub with chocolate for an Elf on the Shelf scheme for her children and wrapped her Christmas gifts in white Skims fabric. One of Kardashian’s kids’ bedrooms had a Chanel-themed Christmas tree.
Former “Real Housewives of New York City” alum Bethenny Frankel joined in on the fun, trolling the billionaire mogul for her elaborate holiday decor. She quipped while showing off fluffy white snow as she vacationed in Aspen, Colo, “Want to see Kim Kardashian’s living room? I’m here right now. She did a good job with the decorations. God, I’m so glad she invited me.”
