Kanye West’s Ex-Assistant Files Lawsuit for Se**ual Harassment and Wrongful Termination

Kanye West has been accused of se**ual harassment in a lawsuit brought forward by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta.

The 46-year-old rapper, known as Ye, allegedly sent Pisciotta a series of inappropriate messages before terminating her employment.

Pisciotta claims that West hired her in July 2021, when she had a successful OnlyFans profile, and they collaborated on three songs for his album “Donda.” According to the lawsuit, a year later, West asked her to stop using OnlyFans, offering her a $1 million annual salary if she agreed. Pisciotta accepted the offer.

However, Pisciotta alleges that shortly after this agreement, West began sending her vulgar text messages, explicit videos and photos, and would ma***bate while on the phone with her, asking if she could tell what he was doing. She also claims that West was obsessed with the penis size of her past boyfriends.

The lawsuit further states that Pisciotta was promoted to Chief of Staff for West’s various companies, increasing her salary to $4 million. Despite this, she was fired in October 2022 and offered a $3 million severance, which she accepted but never received. Pisciotta is now suing for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment.

This lawsuit comes just a month after it was revealed that West is being sued for racial discrimination by a former security guard. The guard alleges that West subjected Black employees to less favorable treatment compared to their White counterparts and claims West frequently berated Black employees and fired him for refusing to cut his dreadlocks.

West has also made headlines recently for his public appearances with his wife, Bianca Censori.

The couple was seen in Italy a year after a controversial visit to Venice, where West was criticised by the Tourism and Promotion office in Florence for his behaviour.

During a riverboat ride, West was photographed with his trousers down while Censori was crouched between his legs.

West and Censori’s relationship became public last year, weeks after they secretly married at the end of 2022. West was previously married to Kim Kardashian from 2014 until their divorce in March 2022. They share four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
