Kanye West Regrets Having Children with Kim Kardashian, Says Custody Dispute Is Unfair

In a shocking interview with DJ Akademiks, Kanye West made a controversial admission about his marriage to Kim Kardashian and their children.

The rapper expressed regret over his ex-wife falling pregnant, stating, “That was my fault.”

During the hour-long conversation, uploaded to YouTube on Sunday, West revealed that he did not want to have children with Kardashian after the first two months of their relationship but acknowledged it wasn’t in line with God’s plan.

He also criticized the custody arrangement, claiming he doesn’t have complete control over his children.

“I don’t have the name and likeness ownership, or at least 50-50 with my kids,” he said, referencing the ongoing custody dispute.

West and Kardashian, married from 2014 to 2021, share four children: North, 11; Saint, 9; Chicago, 7; and Psalm, 5. West further expressed his frustration over not having a say in his children’s public lives. “My kids are celebrities, and I don’t have the say-so,” he added.

He also made a controversial statement about the control Kardashian’s family has over his children. “So this white woman and this white family have the control of these highly influential black kids that are half the children of Ye.”

This interview comes amid rumors that West’s current wife, Bianca Censori, is planning to have a baby and that the couple is divorcing.
