Kanye West Hit with Shocking 88-Page Lawsuit Alleging Drugging and Rape by Former Assistant
A lawsuit spanning 88 pages has been filed against rapper Kanye West, accusing him of drugging and raping his former assistant during a party hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The allegations come from social media influencer and former OnlyFans star Lauren Pisciotta, who had previously taken legal action against West. In June, Pisciotta sued West for sexual harassment and stalking, claiming the incidents took place while she worked for him from 2021 to 2022.
West, now 47, denied the earlier claims, calling them “baseless” and accusing Pisciotta of attempting to blackmail and extort him. However, the latest lawsuit reveals far more disturbing accusations, including Pisciotta’s claim that West has twisted sexual obsessions, such as fantasising about his targets’ mothers, including family members of his current wife, Bianca Censori.
The lawsuit details how Pisciotta first met West when he invited her and a client to a studio session and a party co-hosted by himself and Combs.
According to legal documents obtained by DailyMail.com, West handed Pisciotta a drink. After consuming it, she reportedly felt disoriented and soon entered a “highly impaired state.” She claims this is where her memory of the night escapes her entirely.
The next day, Pisciotta felt deeply ashamed and embarrassed that she couldn’t recall the previous evening’s events. Her musician client, who had accompanied her to the party, refused to discuss what had happened, leaving Pisciotta in the dark for years about the true nature of the night’s events.
Years later, Pisciotta claims that West himself revealed the truth to her. Initially, she believed she had been drugged by a studio assistant but had managed to leave the party unharmed. However, she alleges that West told her they had “hooked up” during the party while she was under the influence of drugs.
West’s ex-wife, who is believed to be Kim Kardashian, allegedly commented on the affair in November 2022. Pisciotta claims she wanted to clear up the misunderstanding and contact Kardashian to explain the truth of their working relationship. However, West allegedly told her not to reach out, revealing what happened at the Santa Monica party.
According to the lawsuit, West laughed when Pisciotta told him she didn’t remember anything from the night, dismissing her concerns by saying, “Women love to say they don’t remember.” This response, according to the lawsuit, is consistent with a pattern of predatory behaviour that Pisciotta claims West has exhibited over time.
The lawsuit describes West’s personality as “predatory, aggressive, compulsive, vulgar, perverse, and frighteningly calculative.” Pisciotta alleges that West used his fame and superstardom to manipulate women and satisfy his “animalistic desires” without boundaries. He is accused of being a “premeditative and sadistic groomer” who took advantage of vulnerable individuals.
One alarming claim in the lawsuit is a text message West allegedly sent to Pisciotta in September 2022. In the message, West discussed his desire to have sex with his wife’s mother and asked Pisciotta whether he should add that he wanted her to watch the encounter.
West is also accused of abusing his influence at major brands like Adidas and Gap to bring women into the U.S. under work visas, only to use them for sexual purposes. Pisciotta claims the women were given vague job titles at his companies and were made to sign non-disclosure agreements to keep the activities hidden.
The lawsuit further alleges that West would openly share graphic details of his sexual encounters with Pisciotta and other staff. In one instance, he reportedly boasted about drinking wine with a model before inserting the wine bottle into her vagina during a photo shoot. Pisciotta claims that West believed these actions were daily and regularly discussed them with his employees.
Additionally, Pisciotta alleges that West would host sex parties at luxury hotels such as Nobu Ryokan Malibu, the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills, and the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito. During these events, West would allegedly encourage his wife, Bianca Censori, and other women to engage in sexual acts with him and other men.
West, who married Censori in 2022, still must file a defence against Pisciotta’s latest claims. Despite the seriousness of the allegations, it is unclear how the legal battle will proceed as West continues to face mounting accusations.
