Hollywood actress Jennie Garth has unveiled her first-ever lingerie campaign at the age of 53, embracing confidence and body positivity as she continues to speak candidly about her experience with menopause.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum debuted the images on Instagram Thursday, celebrating her milestone collaboration with underwear brand ThirdLove.

“I never thought I’d be doing my first underwear shoot at 53… but here we are!” Garth wrote to her 300k+ followers. “And I’ve never felt more confident, or comfortable in my skin.”
The campaign features Garth in a variety of elegant looks, including a pale blue seamless bra and panty set, a sleek black wireless bra, and a beige lingerie ensemble styled with a soft blue robe.
In one of the photos, the actress is seen casually pulling on a pair of jeans over her underwear, showcasing everyday realism in the shoot.

Now a podcast host on I Choose Me, Garth said she was especially proud to represent a brand that “genuinely supports women through every phase of life, including menopause.”
The shoot marks a major personal and professional milestone for the mother of three, who has recently spoken out about the challenges of ageing, body image, and hormonal changes. In August 2024, Garth revealed her struggles with menopause symptoms on social media.

“My travel and work schedule, my body pain, not to mention menopause, is a daily minefield, both physically & mentally,” she admitted in a candid Instagram workout post. “Here’s the deal… I stay motivated by FORCING myself to work out. I know I’ll always feel better from doing it. But recently, it just feels like my body is fighting against me at times.”

She went on to describe the internal changes she was experiencing and the mental toll they were taking. “There’s so much happening inside of me, causing so many changes,” she wrote, urging other women to “give themselves grace.”

In a separate interview with Today.com that same month, Garth detailed the steps she’s taken to maintain her health and wellness. “As we age, we lose bone density, and for me, I want to keep my muscles strong,” she said. “Weightlifting has helped me with that.”

The former What I Like About You star shared that she always begins her fitness routine with stretching, followed by a full-body workout. Despite once disliking exercise, she now considers it a vital part of her lifestyle.

“I used to hate working out,” she said. “But now I look forward to it because I know how good it makes me feel. It does provide me with something that I do need in my life.”

Fans and fellow celebrities have praised Garth’s honesty and confidence, applauding her for defying age stereotypes and promoting self-love through every stage of womanhood.
