Influencer Brutal Assaulted During Round-the-World trip in india Shares Horrifying Ordeal

Three men in India have recently appeared in court, facing accusations of gang-raping a travel vlogger during her round-the-world trip with her husband.

The victim, Fernanda, 28, and her husband Vicente, 45, were on a mission to visit every country on motorbikes, sharing their journey with their 300,000 followers on social media.

While travelling from India to Nepal, the couple stopped for the night in the Dumka district in India’s Jharkhand. Tragically, they were attacked by a group of men shortly after setting up camp.

Vicente was physically assaulted, and Fernanda was sexually assaulted by the assailants, who also robbed them and used objects to inflict further harm.

In a heartbreaking video following the attack, Vicente described the brutal assault, highlighting the severity of the injuries they sustained.

Fernanda, visibly bruised, recounted the harrowing experience, stating that the assailants’ sole intention was to rape her.

Seven men are accused of carrying out the attack, with three appearing in court. The suspects, believed to be between 20-30 years old, allegedly assaulted Fernanda in shifts.

Police are actively searching for the remaining suspects, with assistance from forensic science laboratories.

The couple has received compensation for the assault, with authorities emphasizing the importance of a thorough investigation and a speedy trial to ensure justice is served.

The incident has sparked widespread outrage in India, leading many women to share their own experiences of sexual violence on social media.

Known as @vueltaalmundoenmoto on Instagram, the couple has been on a global journey for the past five years, covering 170,000 km and visiting 66 countries. Despite this traumatic event, they plan to return to Spain, their home, before continuing their adventure in the future.
