The proposed project entails the construction of two three-storey hotel buildings, each contributing to the resort’s room inventory. One building, featuring 29 guest rooms, is earmarked for the site currently housing a sewage treatment plant. Meanwhile, the second structure, comprising 24 rooms, will partially occupy space occupied by tennis courts.
In selecting these sites, meticulous study and consideration were given to optimizing room capacity while minimizing disruption to the resort’s existing ambience. The relocation of the sewage treatment plant enhances operational efficiency and liberates prime land for resort development. Similarly, repurposing underutilized tennis courts aligns with the resort’s growth objectives.
Detailed in the planning documents are architectural blueprints designed to harmonize with the surrounding landscape. The Waterfront Building, positioned strategically at the sewage treatment plant site, prioritizes visual aesthetics without compromising the approach along the Causeway. The second building, situated on the eastern tennis courts, balances scenic views with minimal visual impact.
