Former First Lady Melania Trump has spoken out about the harrowing moments following two assassination attempts on her husband, former President Donald Trump, and expressed her deep anger over the FBI raid on their Mar-a-Lago home.

In an exclusive interview with Fox & Friends co-host Ainsley Earhardt, Melania reflected on the fear and disbelief she experienced during these events, marking her first television appearance in over two years.

Melania recalled the first assassination attempt, which took place on July 13 at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where her husband narrowly escaped a would-be assassin’s bullet.

She described her shock upon hearing the news and immediately rushing to the television to watch the footage. “When I saw him on the floor and didn’t know what had happened, it was terrifying,” she said, recounting the moment her chief of staff informed her of the shooting.

The former first lady was in New York City on September 15 when her husband was targeted again by a sniper while golfing near their Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.

She recounted how she learned of the incident through television and quickly called to confirm her husband’s safety.

“The Secret Service was great,” Melania said, expressing relief that her husband was unharmed. She described both assassination attempts as “miracles,” particularly the July 13 incident, where the bullet came alarmingly close to Trump’s head.

Melania also addressed the August 2022 FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, which was part of an investigation into the former president’s handling of classified documents. She condemned the raid as an “invasion of privacy,” revealing that FBI agents had gone through her wardrobe and even searched her son Barron’s room.

“I saw unpleasant things that nobody should have to see,” she said, describing her anger and frustration upon returning to her ransacked home. “Nobody should have to put up with that kind of invasion.”

The full interview with Melania Trump will air Thursday morning on Fox & Friends, where she will share more insights into these tumultuous experiences.
