Fitness influencer and renowned bodybuilder Joey Swoll has criticised Brazilian OnlyFans model Sarah Caus after she performed a controversial act in a public gym.
Caus, known for her provocative content, went viral for a video showing her squatting and rubbing herself against a barbell while others trained nearby.

Swoll, who has gained popularity for promoting “Gym Positivity,” called the act “disgusting” and urged gyms to take more decisive action against inappropriate behaviour. “People are sick and tired of it,” Swoll stated, emphasising the need for gym owners to be more vigilant and remove individuals engaging in such acts.
The video, widely shared on social media, led to Swoll condemning Caus for using the stunt to boost her OnlyFans subscriptions. In his response, Swoll criticised the model for showing a lack of self-respect and exploiting public spaces for personal gain.
As the incident garnered widespread attention, Caus quickly faced backlash from Swoll and his large online following, who have been vocal in calling out inappropriate conduct in fitness environments.
