Donald Trump Seen at Jets-Steelers Game, Posts AI Image of Himself in Steelers Jersey
Former President Donald Trump appeared at Sunday Night Football in Pittsburgh, where he watched the Pittsburgh Steelers face off against the New York Jets.
The game at Acrisure Stadium saw Trump seated in a suite box as he took in the first half of the nationally televised matchup.
Just days after visiting a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania, Trump was spotted waving to fans from the suite, with chants of “USA” echoing through the stadium. The moment was captured in social media footage shared by one of his campaign staffers.
Earlier in the weekend, Trump held a rally alongside former Pittsburgh Steelers stars Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell.
Both athletes publicly endorsed the former president’s campaign during the event. Before the game’s kickoff, Brown and Bell were seen distributing yellow Trump-Vance rally towels outside the stadium, encouraging fans to register to vote.
Adding to the anticipation of his visit, Trump shared an AI-generated image on social media depicting himself in a Steelers jersey, sparking conversation ahead of the Week 7 game.
Trump’s connection to the Jets also comes into play, as the team’s owner, Woody Johnson, previously served as the U.S. ambassador to the United Kingdom during Trump’s presidency.
The teams’ Starts have been strong: The Steelers boast a 4-2 record, while the Jets, led by Aaron Rodgers, are struggling with a 2-4 record.
