Trump Heads to New Jersey for Golf After Busy Week in NYC
Donald Trump waved to supporters Saturday morning as he left Trump Tower in Midtown, heading to New Jersey for a much-anticipated round of golf.
The former president didn’t leave his skyscraper empty-handed, bringing several “Make America Great Again” caps he signed for supporters.
Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential frontrunner, had to cancel his golf plans on Friday due to a hectic week. His legal team wrapped up their defence in his Manhattan hush money trial on Tuesday, and on Thursday, Trump hosted his first New York City rally since 2016, drawing at least 8,000 attendees to Crotona Park in the Bronx.
