An emergency room physician attending Donald Trump’s Pennsylvania campaign rally swiftly responded to aid a critically injured attendee after a sniper opened fire on the crowd.
The physician, identifiable by his Make America Great Again baseball cap and blood-soaked white “USA” shirt, recounted hearing what initially sounded like firecrackers before realizing the severity of the situation.

According to a CBS News report, the physician described finding the injured man wedged between rally bleachers, suffering from a severe head wound that exposed brain matter.
With the assistance of fellow rally attendees, the physician managed to move the injured man to a flat surface, where he initiated CPR.

The identity and condition of the gravely wounded individual were not immediately confirmed, and it remains unclear whether he was the individual authorities reported as deceased at the Butler Farm Show grounds in Butler, Pennsylvania, where the shooting occurred.
