According to recently revealed court documents, 50 Cent’s former partner, Daphne Joy, was named in Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ $30 million lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Allegations within these documents suggest that Joy may have been involved in Combs’ purported s.. trafficking activities, with claims that Combs provided her and two other women with a monthly stipend for their involvement in sex work.
Despite these serious allegations, Joy, 37, has remained silent publicly and has not responded to requests for comment from Page Six. Similarly, there has been no response from 50 Cent regarding these developments.
Joy and 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, were romantically involved from 2011 to 2012. They share a son named Sire, who was born in September 2012.
50 Cent has not held back in expressing his opinions regarding Combs’ legal troubles, often using social media to ridicule him, particularly in light of the various lawsuits filed against Combs in recent months.
In February, Jones initiated legal proceedings against Combs, accusing him of sexual assault during their collaboration on an album between September 2022 and November 2023.
Jones further alleged that he was coerced into engaging with sex workers and performing sexual acts in front of Combs, including an incident where he believes he was drugged and raped during a party in February 2023.
Combs and his legal team have vehemently denied all of Jones’ allegations, branding him a liar and accusing him of fabricating events for financial gain.
Combs’ attorney, Shawn Holley, dismissed Jones’ claims as baseless fiction and criticized his attempt to generate publicity through false accusations.
Despite these denials, Jones’ representative has not responded immediately to Combs’ lawyer’s statement.
Jones’ lawsuit adds to a growing list of allegations against Combs, including accusations of sexual assault, gang rape, and sex trafficking involving a minor and a college student dating back to 1991.
In November 2023, Combs settled a lawsuit filed by his former girlfriend, Cassie, which accused him of rape and abuse.
Recent developments have seen Homeland Security conducting raids on Combs’ properties in Los Angeles and Miami, possibly as part of an ongoing investigation into sex trafficking.
In contrast to sympathy, 50 Cent has shown no empathy towards Combs, suggesting that Combs’ legal troubles have escalated significantly, given the involvement of federal authorities.
50 Cent’s recent social media posts suggest a shift in sentiment towards Combs, implying a transition from speculation to legal consequences.
The ongoing legal battles and public scrutiny surrounding Combs and his alleged involvement in sexual misconduct continue to unfold amidst mounting accusations and federal investigations.
