Brazilian Model Ends Relationship with Millionaire Boyfriend at NYC Louis Vuitton Store After Public Argument, Returns $130K in Gifts
Brazilian model Eduarda Jochims, known for her petite 22-inch waist, made headlines after breaking up with her multimillionaire boyfriend following a heated argument in the Louis Vuitton flagship store in New York City.
The split reportedly occurred during a shopping trip that went awry when the two began to argue about their long-distance relationship.
Jochims, who is also known by her nickname “Tiny,” later described the incident as both “strange” and “totally embarrassing.”
“We ended up arguing inside the store; it felt like something straight out of a soap opera,” Jochims told NewsX, adding that, for a moment, the situation felt surreal.
The argument escalated to the point where the businessman’s boyfriend broke things off on the spot, asking to return all the designer items he had just purchased for Jochims—a collection worth nearly $130,000. “Suddenly, he went to the car, took out all the gifts he had bought, and asked for his money back,” Jochims recalled.
Unfazed, the model, who has a successful career in her own right, decided to repurchase the items herself, adding additional pieces to the haul with her own money.
Reflecting on the breakup, Jochims said she had sensed the relationship was unlikely to last, citing her ex’s controlling tendencies. “He kept demanding a lot of my attention, and I’m not the kind of person who keeps communicating a lot over the phone, which bothered him,” she explained.
The breakup has been a liberating experience, Jochims said, allowing her to reclaim her time and independence. “I’ve gained more freedom, more motivation,” she shared. “I no longer have a jealous person trying to control me.”
Now, the model looks forward to new professional opportunities with a fresh perspective. “I’ve got new projects coming up, and now I can face everything without fear of labels,” she said, hinting at an exciting future unburdened by past relationship troubles.
