Bray, Co. Wicklow — Bray Wanderers U15S captain Daniel Oluwadara Olusola delivered a standout performance on Saturday, scoring twice and inspiring a 4–2 comeback victory over Shamrock Rovers in the League of Ireland’s EA SPORTS MU15 Group A.
The match, played at Bray’s Carlisle Grounds, saw the visitors take an early lead before Olusola levelled from the penalty spot after being fouled in the area. The young forward then added a second goal to give Bray the advantage, capping off a dominant display by the home side.

The 15-year-old striker has emerged as a pivotal figure in Bray’s campaign, and Saturday’s match reinforced his growing reputation as one of the league’s most promising young talents. His brace on the day helped secure the team’s third-place finish in Group A with a total of 18 points.
Goals from teammates Jamie Lynch rounded out the win, maintaining Bray’s perfect home record for the season.
Olusola’s leadership and consistency have drawn praise throughout the year, both for his finishing ability and his tactical awareness in key moments.

Earlier in the campaign, Olusola netted decisive goals in wins over Klub Kildare and Kerry and has been instrumental in securing points in tightly contested fixtures.
His ability to influence games in multiple ways has made him a standout performer in Bray’s youth setup.
Bray Wanderers U15S are next set to face Derry City in the Michael Hayes Cup on Friday, 24 May. The tie is expected to be a key test for the squad as they look to close the season on a high note.

With his performances continuing to attract attention, Daniel Oluwadara Olusola is now being viewed as a player to watch for the future, both within the Bray academy and potentially beyond.
