Expressing gratitude to her husband Ben Jones for an early Valentine’s spa day, Dowden described it as “just what the doctor ordered” and emphasised feeling fortunate to have his support during this time.
Despite enduring mastectomy, chemotherapy, and fertility preservation procedures, along with complications like sepsis, blood clots, and hair loss, Dowden remains resilient and proud of her progress, cherishing each day.

In a positive turn, the 31-year-old announced the return of her show “Dare To Dance with Amy,” featuring her teaching dance to individuals with diverse backgrounds and abilities, airing on BBC One Wales and iPlayer. Excited to resume dancing and her role on Strictly, Dowden expresses being “over the moon.”
