Anya Taylor-Joy Stuns in Daring Red Leather MiniDress on “Late Show with Stephen Colbert”

Anya Taylor-Joy has been captivating fans with her futuristic fashion choices while promoting “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga,” on Wednesday, she made a striking appearance on the “Late Show with Stephen Colbert” in one of her boldest outfits yet.

The “Queen’s Gambit” star, 28, donned a red leather Mugler minidress for her interview. While the front was relatively conservative (aside from the short hemline), the back revealed a daring design with a row of slim leather straps holding it together.

She completed the look with crimson Christian Louboutin pumps and Tiffany & Co. jewellery, including a silver Elsa Peretti Bone cuff. Taylor-Joy posed for photos outside the studio, her long blond hair in a high ponytail and lipstick matching her fiery dress.

Her “Late Show” appearance comes after her recent visit to the 2024 Cannes Film Festival, where she promoted the “Mad Max” prequel in a crystal mesh cap and an ab-baring Jil Sander skirt suit.

Taylor-Joy has showcased several wild looks during the movie’s press tour, including a custom metal Balmain minidress resembling a suit of armour.

During her interview with Colbert, Taylor-Joy revealed that she had never driven a car before filming “Furiosa.” Despite performing outrageous stunt driving in the film, she still doesn’t have her driver’s license. Perhaps she can wear this revved-up look to her driving test.
