Former MLB star Alex Rodriguez, 48, was seen flaunting his toned physique while vacationing with his girlfriend, fitness coach Jaclyn Cordeiro, 44, on the Italian island of Sardinia on Wednesday.
The couple was photographed strolling hand-in-hand along the beach, with Rodriguez wearing olive green Bermuda shorts and Cordeiro in a revealing red bikini highlighting her muscular abs.
Following their beach walk, the couple joined Rodriguez’s daughters, Natasha Rodriguez, 19, and Ella Rodriguez, 16, for a leisurely boat outing on the Mediterranean Sea.
In September 2023, Rodriguez revealed that he had achieved significant weight loss, shedding more than 30 pounds, thanks to Cordeiro’s fitness program. “Jac is the only person who can come into co-parents and make us both better,” Rodriguez told Us Weekly. He praised Cordeiro’s program, JacFit, noting that his ex-wife, Cynthia Scurtis, also benefited.
Rodriguez and Cordeiro first ignited romance rumours in October 2022 when they were spotted together on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Their relationship was confirmed on Instagram in December 2022, with Rodriguez posting a holiday photo and captioning it, “From our hearts to yours, Merry Christmas.”
This is Rodriguez’s second relationship since his high-profile romance with ex-fiancée Jennifer Lopez. He was previously linked to Kathryne “Kat” Padgett.
