Dublin police recently arrested a youth in connection with a drug operation targeting motorbike drug dealing in North Dublin, leading to the detention of eight individuals overnight.

Police confiscated two electric motorcycles in Ballymun to tackle anti-social behaviour, according to a report by the Sunday World.

Simultaneously, they detained eight individuals for drug searches, leading to the discovery of cocaine, heroin, and cannabis herb, along with a significant sum of cash.

One male youth was arrested and subsequently charged under the Misuse of Drugs Acts as a direct result of this operation. This success builds upon recent law enforcement actions in Finglas, where two youths were arrested following a chase involving a scrambler across a park, resulting in the recovery of €80,000 worth of Xanax.
