Emily Ratajkowski made a bold style statement on “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” reviving a standout piece from fashion archives that once graced both Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Moss.

The model and actress stepped out in a beaded, snakeskin mini-dress featuring a halter neckline and keyhole cutout. The turquoise number, patterned in python print, hails from Gucci’s Spring 2000 collection — a Tom Ford-era design that has since become a relic of high-fashion history.

Gwyneth Paltrow previously donned the full-length version of the silk chiffon piece at the 1999 Met Gala, themed “Rock Style,” celebrating the intersection of rock music and fashion. Supermodel Kate Moss also wore the edgy look for a Vogue editorial in 2000.
Ratajkowski opted for the shortest iteration of the design during her Wednesday appearance, styling it with black mule heels and oversized diamond earrings for a modern twist.

The “My Body” author was on the show to promote her newly released Netflix romantic comedy Too Much, which premiered July 10. The series marks a shift into more mainstream acting for the model, who is best known for her fashion and literary work.

During her interview, Ratajkowski also opened up about her much-discussed recent haircut, which went viral on social media. “People don’t believe me when I say that — it was really bad,” she told Meyers, referring to her “weird, short” layers. “I’m still kind of dealing with it, but we’ve come a long way.”
The look and the moment served as a nostalgic nod to early 2000s fashion while underlining Ratajkowski’s place in today’s style spotlight.
