Chelsea and Manchester United are reportedly set to miss out on signing Victor Osimhen, as the Nigerian striker has agreed to join Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal.
Osimhen, who was on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli last season, scored an impressive 36 goals in 40 appearances, helping the Turkish club win both the league title and the cup.
Despite his success, Osimhen had shown interest in moving to Chelsea, with former Blues midfielder John Obi Mikel expressing hope the deal could still happen this summer.

However, Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadh reports that Osimhen has signed a three-year contract with Al-Hilal, who are willing to pay the €75 million (£62.9 million) release clause in his Napoli contract.
Al-Hilal want Osimhen for their squad ahead of the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup next month.
Last year, Osimhen rejected a move to Saudi rivals Al-Ahli, who instead signed Ivan Toney from Brentford for £40 million.
Al-Hilal, currently poised to finish second in the Saudi Pro League, will face Real Madrid, RB Salzburg, and Pachuca in the Club World Cup group stage.
Meanwhile, Al-Hilal are also pursuing Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes, offering a three-year deal reportedly worth £700,000 a week, with total earnings up to £65 million per season including bonuses.
The club wants an answer from Fernandes by the end of May to have him ready for their Club World Cup campaign starting June 18 against Real Madrid.
