Justin Bieber has responded to growing speculation over his connection to Sean “Diddy” Combs amid the music mogul’s ongoing sex trafficking trial.
The 31-year-old pop singer stated his spokesperson this week, following resurfaced video clips and mounting concern among fans over his relationship with Combs during his early career.
In 2024, a video emerged showing Bieber, then a minor, spending what Combs called “48 hours” together as part of an album collaboration.

Bieber’s representative told TMZ: “Although Justin is not among Sean Combs’ victims, there are individuals who were genuinely harmed by him. Shifting the focus away from this reality detracts from the justice these victims rightfully deserve.”
The response comes days after Combs’ sex trafficking trial began in New York, where the 55-year-old is facing charges including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
If convicted, he could spend the rest of his life in prison. He has denied all allegations.

Combs played a role in Bieber’s rise to fame through his connection to Usher, who signed the Canadian star at age 14 after talent manager Scooter Braun discovered him.
Sources told Us Weekly that Bieber is “completely disgusted” by the allegations and “wants to protect himself.”
A 2010 clip shows a visibly uncomfortable 16-year-old Bieber reacting awkwardly to questions from Combs about why they don’t spend time together anymore.
Despite that, the two maintained a working relationship over the years, culminating in Bieber’s appearance on Combs’ 2023 track Moment, part of The Love Album: Off the Grid.

According to the Daily Mail, Bieber now deeply regrets the collaboration and would not have agreed to it if he had known about the alleged crimes.
A source said he has been “so disturbed” by the recent reports that he has “shut off” and is unwilling to discuss the matter.
Meanwhile, Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura continued testifying in court this week, describing alleged events from their relationship.
Ventura said Combs overdosed at the Playboy Mansion after attending a “freak-off” and claimed these sex parties took place weekly and were part of a voyeuristic practice introduced by him.

She also revealed he once suspected her of being involved with actor Michael B. Jordan while she was filming Honey 3 in South Africa.
Ventura told the court she was “angry” at the time after seeing a photo of Combs with another woman, but said she “tried her best” to focus on work.
Combs was also reportedly jealous of Ventura’s past relationship with rapper Kid Cudi.
The trial continues.
