An NHS worker is under investigation after a photograph surfaced showing her posing in lingerie inside a hospital mortuary.
Amelie Warnier, 44, reportedly took the image in the waiting area of the morgue at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The photo recently resurfaced when Warnier reactivated her OnlyFans account, prompting an internal investigation.
Warnier, who was employed as a pathologist by the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, is now facing scrutiny over the incident. The Trust has emphasized that “strict codes of practice” are in place for all activity within its mortuary facilities, according to MailOnline.
Initially from Witham, Essex, Warnier claimed the idea to start an OnlyFans account came from a friend. “Someone pushed me to do it, and I said, ‘F*** it, why not? You only live once,” she explained.

While her Instagram page identifies her as a model and health nutritionist, her OnlyFans profile adopts a more provocative tone.
She describes herself on the platform as a “sultry Spanish enchantress” who began her journey with OnlyFans in her 40s. Her bio invites subscribers to “indulge in an unforgettable adventure,” declaring her love for the gym and promising to “tantalize and tease.”
OnlyFans, a subscription-based platform popular among adult content creators, has grown as a secondary income source for many facing financial pressures.

Monthly subscriptions generally cost around £10, and while some creators reportedly earn over £1,000 per day—or even become millionaires—most make under £140 per month.

The English Collective of Prostitutes, which supports sex workers, has noted a rise in NHS employees turning to platforms like OnlyFans to supplement low wages.
A spokesperson said many NHS staff take precautions to hide their identities to avoid being recognised, often resulting in more labour-intensive content creation for less reward.

“There has also been a noticeable increase in reports of stalking and harassment targeting women on these platforms,” the group added.
The NHS Trust has not commented further while the investigation remains ongoing.
